Now that you’ve nailed your headline and you know people will read it, time to get the body constructed. Follow through with your hints and promises on your headline and always start strong. This might be the most essential tip on this list. Never underestimate the appeal of having a good photo on your listing. Putting up a good photo of your house is already like a showcase for your readers. Don’t just snap photos for the sake of putting up mediocre pictures on your listing. Highlight the best features of your home. Create scenes inside the house that would make viewers say “Wow that could be me!” Be creative as much as possible in showcasing your house thru these photos. This will not only make your listing appealing, it would also show potential buyers on what they are purchasing.

Timing

This may seem like something you can get away from but it’s not. There has been advises from experts that the best time to list on Craigslist is between 10:00am – 5:00pm because this is the time when people are browsing on the website.
